Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you complete the checkout and receive a boarding pass with a reservation code. Seats are held from that moment.
Departures run with small groups. If we cannot run a departure we will contact you and offer an alternative date or a full refund of anything you have paid.
It is your responsibility to make sure the name, email address and telephone number on the booking are correct — that is how we reach you if a departure changes.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown per traveller in US dollars and include the regional sales tax and tourism fee itemised at checkout.
**No card is taken on this website.** Depending on what is offered at the time of booking, you either pay us in person on the day of departure, or we send you a payment link separately. Your boarding pass always shows whether an amount is still owed.
Where a booking is marked as pay on arrival, the full amount is due before departure. We cannot carry a traveller who has not paid.
Promotional codes reduce the amount shown at checkout, cannot be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value.
Changes and cancellation
To change or cancel, contact us at privacy@atmarruecos.com or on WhatsApp with your reservation code.
**If you have not paid, there is nothing to settle.** Tell us and we release your seat — there is no fee and no deadline.
If you have already paid, what comes back depends on the notice you give us: **90%** with 30 or more days before departure, **50%** between 15 and 29 days, **25%** between 7 and 14 days, and nothing inside 7 days, when the guide, the vehicle and the accommodation are already committed.
The exact dates for your own departure are shown on the booking form before you confirm, and again on your confirmation.
If we cancel a departure, you are entitled to a full refund of anything you have paid us.
The boutique
The souvenir boutique is open to travellers who hold a valid reservation code. Items are collected on your trip or shipped, as agreed when you order.
Goods are hand-made or naturally sourced, so colour, pattern and size vary between pieces. That variation is not a defect.
Your safety and conduct
Our expeditions cross mountain and desert terrain. You must tell us at the time of booking about any medical condition, mobility limitation or dietary requirement that affects your participation.
Your guide may alter or shorten an itinerary where weather, road conditions or safety require it. We will always tell you why.
We may decline to carry anyone whose behaviour puts themselves, other travellers or the guide at risk.
**Travel insurance is your responsibility.** We strongly recommend cover for medical treatment, repatriation and cancellation.
Photographs on this site
Photographs are representative of the region and the style of expedition. Accommodation, vehicles and routes shown may differ between departures.
Liability
Liability terms — to be drafted with a lawyer against Moroccan law and, where you sell to EU consumers, EU package travel rules. Do not publish generic wording here.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be limited.
