Plans change. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email privacy@atmarruecos.com with your reservation code — one line is enough.
If you have not paid yet
There is nothing to settle. Tell us and we release your seat. No fee, no deadline.
If you have already paid
90% back with 30 or more days before departure
50% between 15 and 29 days
25% between 7 and 14 days
Nothing inside 7 days, when the guide, the vehicle and the rooms are already paid for
The dates for your own departure are on the booking form before you confirm, so you never have to count them out from here.
If we cancel
You get everything back, whatever the notice. We will offer you another date first; taking it is entirely your choice.
